What Sponsor is
Sponsor is a set of smart contracts on Robinhood Chain and a website that reads them. Minting a pig NFT burns $SPONSOR. Creator fees earned by the $SPONSOR launch on the pons launchpad are used by the reward pool to buy Robinhood Stock Tokens on decentralized exchanges and distribute them to NFT holders in proportion to each pig's weight.
Sponsor is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or issuer of securities. It does not hold customer accounts. Everything it does is executed by public, verifiable contracts; the team's keeper can only trigger actions the contracts allow.
Eligibility
Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited under Regulation S. They are not offered to U.S. persons and are restricted in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and sanctioned jurisdictions. By using this site you confirm you are not a person from a restricted jurisdiction and that you have read the issuer's base prospectus and final terms.
This website blocks connections from restricted regions. Circumventing that block is your responsibility and may be unlawful where you are.
Risks
Total loss: $SPONSOR spent on a mint is burned and cannot be recovered. NFTs may have no resale value.
Issuer and chain risk: the stock-token issuer can pause transfers, block addresses, burn balances and upgrade its contracts without delay; the Robinhood Chain sequencer can filter transactions. The pool holds stock tokens only briefly and every asset can be withdrawn by the protocol owner in an emergency, but issuer actions are outside our control.
Market risk: rewards depend on trading fees, which may be zero, and on prices at the time the pool buys. Staking bonuses depend on oracle prices that update on a 24/5 schedule with a 0.5% deviation threshold; small moves may not register.
Smart-contract risk: the contracts are tested and upgrade-validated but not audited. They are upgradeable by the protocol owner, which is a single point of trust.
Tax: distributions of tokenized stocks may be taxable events in your jurisdiction. Nothing here is tax, legal or investment advice.
